Artist Statement

Frahydel Falczuk is a Venezuelan, New York–based interdisciplinary artist working at the intersection of performance, installation, and visual art. Shaped by a background in architecture and modern dance, her practice explores how bodies and materials transform shared space.

Through the platform IMPROVANDO, she reclaims discarded materials and turns them into immersive environments for collective encounter. Her installations function as living stages — spaces where play, ritual, and reflection coexist — inviting audiences to experience the tension between beauty, consumption, and residue.
